Nurses Vitals is a learning platform built around students, and open to schools that want a learning space of their own.
What We Do
We bring everything a student needs into one place: practice questions, timed tests, AI help when you are stuck, live classes, study groups and clear feedback on how you are doing. It makes studying easier to start, easier to keep up and easier to measure.
It works on phones, tablets and computers, and you can add it to your home screen like an app. Start on one device, and carry on from the same place on another.
As we have grown, we have opened the platform to schools. A school can run its own private learning space on our technology, with its own name, look and web address, its own students and teachers, and its own results, without building or hosting anything itself.

Run the Whole School with Creative SMS
Learning is only part of running a school. Creative SMS is our school management system for everything around it: records, admissions, attendance, timetables, results and fees. A school can use it on its own, or together with Nurses Vitals so that learning and school records meet in one place.
It is designed to keep working even without an internet connection. The desktop app continues to function offline and automatically syncs your data when connectivity is restored. A web version is also available for online access.
